As Senior Creative Designer & Assistant to Creative Director, I led the visual execution of Yachts Middle East, an in-house title at PPMG, ensuring flawless layout design, advertisement integration, and full press approval.
Inside Editorial Process
I designed over 35 editions of Yachts Magazine, collaborating closely with Editor Steve Chalmers and Associate Publisher Sudhish Chandran. Editorial content included yacht reviews, industry reports, interviews, and luxury lifestyle features tailored to affluent marine enthusiasts. I received all materials from the editorial team and transformed them into immersive, high-end spreads. Advertisement placements were aligned to the brand tone and integrated seamlessly into each issue.

Under Creative Director Karl Ibrahim, I supervised and mentored five designers. I provided layout direction, one-on-one training, and ensured each page adhered to international publishing quality.

Used Adobe Creative Suite to manage end-to-end production with full technical checks
I used Adobe InDesign for layouts, Adobe Photoshop for retouching, Adobe Illustrator for graphic accents, and Adobe Bridge for asset management. All ads from Sudhish Chandran were reviewed for bleed, resolution, sizing, and alignment. I managed soft proof and hard proof checks before greenlighting files for print, ensuring every detail was technically perfect prior to production.
