Launched in 2018 as a PPMG in-house magazine, I worked on the first two editions as Senior Creative Designer & Assistant to Creative Director, managing layout, ad integration, and full pre-press approvals.
Editorial & Brand Collaboration
I collaborated closely with Editor Eduan R. Maggo to shape Watch1010’s signature visual tone. The content blended in-depth horology articles with brand storytelling. I oversaw full editorial layout and was directly responsible for sending the magazine to press. Before greenlighting the final print, I thoroughly checked both hard proof and soft proof to ensure flawless execution.

I mentored five junior designers, supporting them with layout reviews and precision-focused design feedback under the direction of Creative Director Karl Ibrahim.

Using the full Adobe suite for efficient and polished design delivery
My design workflow included Adobe InDesign for page layout, Adobe Photoshop for visual editing, Adobe Illustrator for design assets, and Adobe Bridge for managing ad files. All advertisement artwork was received from Richard Agyemang and Manny D’Jornor and reviewed by me for technical specifications including bleed, resolution, and alignment.

Public debut supported by global luxury watch and automotive brands
I represented the creative team at the Watch1010 launch event held at DIFC, where the cover highlighted the Bulgari Octo Maserati collaboration. The event was hosted with Maserati Middle East, Bulgari, and Dubai Watch Week, enhancing the magazine’s visibility within the luxury watch market.
