Know More
Precision design for a premium audience. I managed layout, ad coordination, and print files for Dubai’s top-tier real estate magazine.
Inside Editorial Process
While working at Pinpoint Media Group as Creative Designer, I handled the full design and production of Luxhabitat Magazine, a luxury real estate publication for Dubai-based company Luxhabitat. Under Creative Director Karl Ibrahim, with Editor-in-Chief Jola Chudy and Editor Sandra Lane, I received content in Word format and sourced imagery from Getty Images and Shutterstock. Personally preferring Getty for its premium quality. I used Adobe InDesign for layout and Photoshop for retouching, cropping, and resizing all imagery. I also managed luxury ad placements, ensuring each fit seamlessly within the design. After finalizing the layouts, I created print-ready files and managed the entire print workflow, reviewing hard proofs, then soft proofs, before final approval. With 10,000 to 15,000 copies printed per issue, accuracy was critical. One mistake could result in costly print issues.

Design Objective
Design Objective
My goal was to visually capture the sophistication of Dubai’s finest homes while maintaining clarity, elegance, and balance across every layout. The magazine needed to look clean, modern, and premium.
From architectural showcases to interior features, I built strong grid systems with generous spacing and refined type choices. Each spread allowed visuals to speak while integrating luxury advertisements in a seamless and visually consistent way.

I handled not only the design but the full technical execution of each issue. I worked with advertising files from high-end brands such as Bentley, ROMAIN JEROME, Richard Mille, and Chopard, checking dimensions, resolution, bleeds, and CMYK color modes.
After file submission, I reviewed the printer’s hard proof to ensure image clarity, layout alignment, and paper output. This was followed by a soft proof for digital confirmation. Only after a final, complete review did I approve the issue for print. At these volumes, quality control was absolutely critical.

Luxury Placement
Luxury Placement
The magazine’s quality and exclusivity were reflected in its advertisers. We featured global luxury names including Audemars Piguet, Paul Smith, David Morris, Maserati, Y-3, Hackett, Porsche Design by BlackBerry, and VOSS Water.
As Creative Designer, I ensured these ad placements felt cohesive within the editorial design—never interrupting the reading flow, but always complementing the brand image. The final result was a sharp, elevated publication aimed at Dubai’s most elite clientele.
